My Experience
Trying to get it done
I am a psychologist with a master's degree in Organizational Psychology. I have worked in education, energy, and retail, occupying roles in Counseling, Human Resources, and Marketing at different points in my career. Along the way, I coursed a Postgraduate Diploma in People & Organization Development and have just achieved the degree of International MBA.
My partial upbringing in the US and time living in Spain has broadened my horizons by facilitating meaningful human connections with people from all around the world and all walks of life. If nothing else, I am a curious person that tends to explore and discover, taking a highly motivated interest in ongoing experience – a lot of the time for its own sake.

School Counselor
The Mackay School
After a year, I was promoted to a subsidiary of the company, with the challenge of building an organizational development department to advance learning, performance, culture, and leadership initiatives in Chile's most extensive restaurant chain.
As the business shifted its focus onto electric vehicle charging and retail to ensure their future survival, I was promoted to the Marketing Department. I was made responsible of designing and overseeing the company's convenience store chain's Human Resources processes.
This is Chile's biggest company in the distribution of liquid fuels and lubricants, present all over the Americas. I worked on the principles of collective intelligence to design and lead programs that would ensure the commercial teams' required competencies and capabilities.
My first job was at the school I graduated from, the oldest British school in South America. I centered my contribution around assisting the progress of a learning environment by fostering self-knowledge and cultivating a sense of belonging in the students.
What You Can Expect From Me
Personally
1 / Creativity, Ingenuity, and Originality
Thinking of new ways of doing things is a crucial part of who I am. I will not settle for doing something the conventional way and will seek out alternative courses of action.
2 / Bravery and Valor
I do not shrink from threats, challenges, or difficulties. You will see me speak up for what I believe is right, regardless of the opposition. While I remain open to changing my mind, I act on my convictions.
3 / Honesty, Authenticity, and Genuineness
I am an honest person working to build a purposeful life that is authentic to who I am. Yes, I'm a dreamer, but I'm also pretty down to earth and without pretense.
Professionally
1 / Learning
I have a great desire to learn and want to continue improving. The journey from ignorance to a skill mastered excites me more than the actual outcome.
2 / Input
I have an insatiable craving to know and to know more. You will see me collecting and archiving all kinds of information, from the exceptionally useless to the most cutting edge, in all its shapes and forms.
3 / Futurism
Nothing drives me like the future and what it could bring. There is so much to see and do... the possibilities are endless!
These are my strengths: they make up what's best about my personality and what I naturally do best. I have self-evaluated using the VIA Character Strengths (Personal) and the Gallup CliftonStrenghts (Professional) surveys.
